Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

By using the RabbitHop website and services, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any point, please do not use our services. These terms comply with Portuguese law and the European Consumer Rights Directive.

2. Services

RabbitHop offers the following digital services:

• Discovery: Idea validation with clickable prototype
• Simple Website: Professional website with Content Manager to edit text, images and services
• Advanced Website: Full website with Operations Hub, Content Manager and CRM for contacts and operations
• Support: Mandatory monthly support from month 2

3. Quotation Process

After contacting us through the form, we provide a personalized proposal with a defined scope, delivery timeline, and value aligned to the case. The proposal is valid for 30 days.

4. Payments and Right of Withdrawal

Payments are made under the following conditions:

• 50% at the start of the project
• 50% on final delivery
• Payments by bank transfer or MB Way
• Individual consumers (B2C) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of initial payment, under the European Distance Selling Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU).

5. Delivery Times

The indicated timelines are guidelines and count as business days:

• Discovery: 7 business days
• Simple Website: +7 business days after Discovery
• Advanced Website: +14 business days after Discovery

6. Revisions

Each website path includes up to 2 rounds of revisions during the development phase. Additional revisions are charged at an hourly rate.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all exploitation rights of the created website are transferred to the client. The client is responsible for third-party licenses (fonts, images, plugins) that may require additional payment. RabbitHop reserves the right to use the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Client Content

The client is responsible for providing all necessary content (texts, images, logos). RabbitHop is not responsible for copyright of materials provided by the client.

9. Limitation of Liability

RabbitHop is not responsible for loss of revenue, profits or business opportunities resulting from website unavailability within the indicated timeframe, when caused by external factors beyond our control. RabbitHop's total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the client for the contracted service.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

The client may cancel the project at any time by providing written notice. In case of cancellation: - If the project has not yet started, a full refund minus 5% administrative costs. - If the project is already underway, work completed to date is invoiced proportionally. - The initial 50% payment is non-refundable once development work has commenced.

11. Dispute Resolution

In case of dispute, consumers may refer to the Portuguese Consumer Arbitration Centre (CNIACC): www.arbitragemdeconsumo.org. EU-based consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese Law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to the consumer's rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable consumer protection legislation.
